Personalized coaching for energy, strength, hormone health & longevity.

For women who want more than symptom management.

Resilient combines East Asian Medicine principles, strength training, nutrition, recovery, nervous system regulation, and personalized accountability into one comprehensive coaching experience.

Together we'll build the habits, systems, and strategies that support sustainable health for the long term.

Why this exists

One practitioner, many tools.

Most women working on their energy, hormones, recovery, or long-game vitality end up with five different people on the team. A trainer here. A nutritionist there. A practitioner who only handles one piece. The work fragments and the body gets the average of all of it.

Virtual offerings at JungWay take the other approach. One practitioner who can hold the East Asian medicine framing, the strength training, the nutrition piece, and the lifestyle rhythm work in the same conversation. The body responds to consistency. Consistency is easier when one person sees the whole picture.

Currently offered

Resilient

Resilient is the virtual coaching program. It combines East Asian medicine, strength training, nutrition, and lifestyle rhythm in a single coaching relationship, built fully custom for each woman in it.

East Asian medicine framing

Seasons, cycles, organ systems, and the nervous-system patterns underneath them. Used as a way to read what your body is doing, not as a swap for clinical care.

Strength training

Lifting heavy with intention. Programmed around your life stage, your hormones, and the recovery capacity you actually have. Built by a Certified Strength Coach (CrossFit Level 2, FRC).

Nutrition and herbal support

Practical, sustainable patterns grounded in Precision Nutrition methodology and East Asian medicine food-as-medicine framing. Herbal recommendations when relevant.

Lifestyle and rhythm

Sleep, stress, light, breath, and the daily structure that either compounds or undoes the rest. The piece most plans skip; the piece where most outcomes actually live.

Resilient is also a fit for women outside San Diego who want to work with Nina but can't come into the clinic. In-person patients sometimes layer Resilient on top of their acupuncture cadence; virtual-only patients use it as their primary engagement.

What makes this different

The bigger picture, not the symptom.

Rather than focusing on a single symptom, we look at the bigger picture.

By combining East Asian Medicine, movement, recovery, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine, we'll create a personalized roadmap that supports the life you're creating.

Because health isn't separate from your life. It's the foundation that allows you to fully participate in it.

How it works

Twelve sessions. Built from the ground up.

Resilient is a twelve-session program. The work compounds, and twelve sessions is the floor for that to actually happen.

The program runs in two phases. First, we get a real picture of where you are. Then, I build for it.

The intake.

Three screens before we start. Each one tells me something the next one can't.

  • Health intake. Cycle, sleep, history, symptoms, what's been worked on already, what's still asking for support.
  • Movement screen. What your body can actually do today, what it's working around, where it's compensating.
  • Lifestyle screen. Work, sleep, food rhythm, recovery capacity. The daily structure that compounds, or undoes, the rest of the work.

The custom programming.

From the intake, I build for you. Sent over, updated as you change.

  • Workouts. Programmed for your body and life stage. Strength, conditioning, mobility, scaled to the recovery capacity you actually have this week.
  • Recovery tools. For the nervous system underneath. The piece most strength programs skip, and the piece where the long-game outcomes actually live.
  • Acupressure points. East Asian medicine work you can do for yourself, between sessions. So you're not waiting on a needle to feel a shift.

If this is the work you've been looking for.

The next step is a short email. I'll explain what working together looks like, what the first month tends to feel like, and whether Resilient is a fit for where you are right now.
